Exchange Policy

We have a 07-day Exchange Policy, which means you have 07 days after receiving your item to request a return.??

To be eligible for a Exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.??

As the first step, you need to contact us on our socials, email (store.fabfam.lk) or hotline (077 404 9047) and request an exchange. If your return is accepted, please follow below steps to start the process.

Step 1: Go back to our website and order the size / colour / style you want. Select the payment method as COD + write “Exchange” along with your first name
(You have to pay the delivery charge for the New Item you receive but NOT for the exchange)

Step 2: Pack the item back in the original condition, in the same box and write "Exchange" in the box VISIBLY
Step 3: Exchange it for the new package with the delivery partner

Refund Policy

If you're not completely satisfied with our product/s, we can certainly offer you a refund via Store Credit. 

Please see below points to see whether you are eligible for a refund. We have a 14-day return lead time to start the process.

* Product(s) should be unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging
* Product(s) should not have any stains, damages or any odors

If your product(s) meet our return conditions, we will issue a store credit via email to you. Store credit/gift cards are valid for one year from the date of issue.
Please note that we are eligible to deny returns after 21 days. 

Received a Wrong / Damaged Product
 
If you've received an incorrect product or a product is damaged in any way, please contact us on our socials, email (store.fabfam.lk) or hotline (077 404 9047) and we will assist you right away.

Please note this must be done within 48 hours of you receiving the order.

Out-of-Stock Exchanges

If the product you are looking for is out of stock, we will issue store credit valid for up to 12 months from the date of issue.
